Like all journeys it has to start with the first step. This positive weight loss Program starts with an introduction to outline what is to come over the proposed 5 weeks study time, this meaning that the work is broken down into 5 modules and in the first instance I suggest you move through the Program one module at a time and spend a week doing so. You will find that this Program can be ‘dipped’ into at anytime, especially the recordings I have made for you, and they can be listened to many times over.
Changes Start Day 1
Following the Introduction you can move to WEEK 1 proper. By design none of the modules are lengthy to read. I have restricted the content to dealing with ‘How To’ rather than to fill pages with flowery language and unnecessary content. This is not a “diet”. This is a lifestyle. At the outset I would like you to know and understand that my weight management program supports the principle that gradual weight loss over a longer period of time has greater benefits than short term dieting. As we start this program together, it will not be long before you are happy in your mind and body. This Program is non evasive and this means there and no pills, potions or patches just good natural food and a simple self help regimen that VERY QUICKLY yields results. Some clients have reported up to 20 pounds of weight loss in 30 days though I make no guarantees as each of you will experience your own outcome depending on your input.
Crash and Fad Diets Do Not Work!
