Like all journeys it has to start with the first step. This Program starts with an introduction to outline what is to come over the proposed 5 weeks study time, this meaning that the work is broken down into 5 modules and in the first instance I suggest you move through the Program one module at a time and spend a week doing so. You will find that this Program can be ‘dipped’ into at anytime, especially the recordings I have made for you, and they can be listened to many times over.
Following the Introduction you can move to WEEK 1 proper. By design none of the modules are lengthy to read. I have restricted the content to dealing with ‘How To’ rather than to fill pages with flowery language and unnecessary content.
This is not a “diet”. This is a lifestyle.
At the outset I would like you to know and understand that my weight management program supports the principle that gradual weight loss over a longer period of time has greater benefits than short term dieting. As we start this program together, it will not be long before you are happy in your mind and body.
This Program is non evasive and this means there and no pills, potions or patches just good natural food and a simple self help regimen that VERY QUICKLY yields results. Some clients have reported up to 20 pounds of weight loss in 30 days though I make no guarantees as each of you will experience your own outcome depending on your input.

This work is a “How To” book. This means I have not written a work full of empty words just to fill paragraphs and pages. As we deal with each of the chosen complimentary and alternative therapies we get straight into the healing process each time.
This week has two recordings for you to enjoy. This week starts as all future weeks start, with a review. This work makes great use of repetition and this allows the content to be absorbed in both the conscious and subconscious mind.
This week you will start to shake up your old thoughts and ways to make a doorway for the new you to arrive through. Most times being overweight has a lot to do with your past issues and blockages to living in the Now.
Your recording takes you gently on a glorious guided visualization that allows you to escape from the constraints of day to day chores and worries. Reach the end of your journey refreshed and ready to deal with your problems in real time but with new energy and loving of yourself. This is the second of the five optional recordings that accompany the Body and Soul Weight Loss program.
This week leads with a short series of questions. If you can answer them in the affirmative then you are ready for Week 3. If you are not ready to move you will intuitively know the content of Week 2 needs revisiting. This is not a race - its all about getting things right for you.
